The Aesthetic Accreditation Agency requires medical offices to maintain 100% compliance with each standard to become and remain accredited. Dr. William H. Brown, III received his medical degree from St. Louis Medical School. Dr. Brown has been practicing over twenty years and he is Board Certified in Surgery and General Vascular Surgery. He is an Associate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He became interested in lasers initially to aid in the treatment of varicose veins. Dr. Brown is an expert in the area of Laser Assisted Laser Liposculpture, he is the clinical trainer for Physicians with Palomar -Slim Lipo in the Bay Area. Dr. Brown is dedicated to deliver the highest quality of care possible, laser liposculpture consultations are complementary. 
Zuzana is the Director of Nursing at Palo Alto Laser & Skin Care. She is an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. Her mission is to provide the latest technology and expertise in the field of cosmetic lasers and injectables. Zuzana is on the cutting edge of laser treatment using the gold standard in patient care. She is a Fellow of American Society of Laser and Surgery. With her vast knowledge and experience in plastic surgery, she is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses. She is also a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association. Zuzana is an expert for dermal fillers, and injectable neurotoxins; she is a certified advanced injector. Zuzana offers personalized care to clients, including the time and attention often missing in the provider/client experience. Zuzana volunteers her time with the Redwood City Police Activities League with the Gang Related Tattoo Clinic – she was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award. Experienced in quality assurance and safety practices, Zuzana is an AAASF Surgery Accreditation Inspector. She has treated over 25000 patients with over 21 years experience. Ginger was born in Hawaii and grew up in the Bay Area. She has spent over 20 years in the Aesthetics industry. She has combined her knowledge of beauty and skin care with her knowledge in the medical field. She has received her Bachelor of Science degree at San Francisco State University in Nursing; as well as, acquired her clinical Esthetician license. She has worked closely in the plastic surgery and dermatology fields and she is a laser specialist. Ginger helps her patient's look and feel their best. Her services includes:
Deirdre's specialty is non-surgical aesthetics and has extensive experience with several different types of lasers. She is a laser specialist with over 13 years experience, and trains physicians and their staff throughout Northern California. Deirdre has developed policies and procedures, which are used as several dermatology and plastics surgery facilities. She has exemplary customer service skills and uses the latest technology to make her patient look and feel your best. Her services include: 
Susan Carrillo-DeCamp is a licensed Esthetician with over twenty years experience and has taken numerous advanced classes in the field of skin care. Born and raised in Northern California she specializes in aged, sun damaged, problematic and acne skin. Susan is passionate about helping others look and feel their best and enjoys educating others on ways to correct, protect and maintain healthy, vibrant skin at any age. Through a comprehensive evaluation of your skin, she will customize a treatment plan, along with a home skin care regimen that will optimize treatment results and overall skin health. Susan performs the following skin treatments: 
Sheilla Likar is a licensed esthetician who specializes in chemical peels and paving the way to a more proactive approach to skin care. She is dedicated to all of her patients extensive beauty needs. Her goal is to help her patients maintain, and perfect their skin. She has taken several advanced aesthetic skin care classes. Sheilla is exceptionally motivated and goal-oriented with her skin care regimen. While catering to her patients specific needs, she is committed to each patient as a unique individual. Marketa is a team player, available to answer the phone and to make sure patients are welcomed and given the information for any of the procedures we offer at Palo Alto Laser & Skin Care. Marketa graduated from UCSB and is currently pursuing a nursing degree at San Francisco State. Professional, competent and caring, she is dedicated to making every step of your office visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
As a Patient Liaison, she assists with office administration and scheduling for our office. Lisbeth is proficient, organized and punctual. She loves the energy and fast paced environment at Palo Alto Laser and Skin Care and looks forward to meeting and working with new patients. Lisbeth is in her second year at Foothill College.
